We’re happy to offer Free Local Delivery within Toronto for our community close to home.

For the rest of Ontario and Quebec, we ship for a Flat Rate of $10, so there are no surprises at checkout. We also offer Canada-wide shipping, making it easy to enjoy Tortallo Chips wherever you are in the country.

As a small-batch, Canadian-made brand, we’re not quite set up for international shipping just yet—but it’s something we hope to offer in the future as we grow. Thanks for supporting a local, family-run business.

How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to deliver local orders as quickly as next day, with most orders across Canada arriving within three business days. As a small Canadian, quality-focused brand, our products are made in small batches, and during busy periods delivery times may extend up to 10 days. We always appreciate your patience as we craft and pack each order with care.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We hope to offer international shipping in the future. As a small-batch, hand-crafted brand, we’re currently focused on producing Tortallo at the highest quality and scale we can manage. As we grow, expanding our shipping options is something we’re excited to work toward.

What is your return policy? 

Trying a new chip is a leap of faith. That’s why Tortallo comes with a simple guarantee. Love the chips, or we’ll make it right.
